We are a unique yet traditional pub which prides itself on excellent homemade food, a wide-varied range of drinks and outstanding customer service.

Besides our great food and drink we are well known locally for our extensive range of pub memorabilia displayed on pretty much every bit of wall we have! This, along with our reel of old TV clips creates a pleasing feel of nostalgia for many of our guests. Our conservatory roof if covered in just short of 5000 beer mats!

Our Food Menu has something for everyone! Guests enjoy the variety of dishes we have on our menu, there really is something for everyone from our delicious handmade pies to our famous sausages sourced from Voisins, our local butcher.

Our bar features a fantastic range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages! We have 3 permanent Real Ales; Tribute, Jail Ale and Doombar as well as 15 other draught lagers, ciders, stouts and pale ales on our bar! The bar houses a great range of spirits so whether you're looking for your favourite tipple or to try something new, we are sure to have you covered!

The first floor of the pub houses our Function Room, or as it's more commonly known 'The Gin Bar'. The Gin Bar is home to over 300 Premium Gins from all over the world with all sorts of flavours! Our Function Room is available to hire for private events and is usually open to the public over the weekend when not privately hired.

Over the past few years we have become very popular for our Afternoon Tea offering. We offer a unique experience of a two course Afternoon Tea served in a traditional way.  Whether it's just you and one other or a large group our Afternoon Teas are perfect for all occasions! Our Premium Gin Tasting Afternoon Teas are particularly popular, with this option you receive all the usual food in addition to 3 Premium Gins from our selection of over 300 - don't be overwhelmed by the huge range, our staff are on hand to make recommendations to match the season, food pairings and most importantly your own taste!
